You can find the free and convenient option <Re-Issue> in the myServerPass customer portal. For detail view, choose the corresponding reference number under <my certificates>.

You upgrade the valid SHA-1 certificates using the <Re-Issue> option where you are forwarded to the order form. We recommend to generate a new key pair. Please provide this new public key with the certificate request. If necessary, you can reuse the old certificate request. Please use the SHA256 Certification Authority „TeleSec ServerPass Class 2 CA“ for all current standard applications. You can not change any other certificate content in this process.

Immediately after a successful order check and certificate approval, you will be informed by e-mail that your new SHA-256 certificate is available for download from the customer portal.
