The technical contact receives an e-mail with further details and information to the e-mail address stored in the myServerPass customer portal.

The following steps are required:

  1. Step: Contact a Whois information service to request domain owner information for your commissioned domain.
  2. Step: After submitting the request, the domain owner deposited in the Whois receives an e-mail with a link to this information.
  3. Step: Use the button [Link input] in the myServerPass customer portal under < My Domains> to insert the link.
  4. Step: The registration authority verifies the information and further processes the order.
